All horses must have a negative Coggins test. The test must have been performed within six months of the date of sale.
There will be a mobile lab onsite, Coggins test are 35.00 each
Service dogs only are allowed and must be leashed, harnessed, or tethered.

Catalog Percherons, Belgians, Spotted Drafts, Clydesdales, Shires, Haflingers, Fjords, Draft crossbreds, Mules, Ponies, Light Horses, and Miniatures, followed by Uncataloged horses of all breeds.
Horse-Drawn Equipment (including miscellaneous items):
No tagged item will be charged at least a $4.00 commission. All no-sale items will be charged the same way. No-value items will be discarded if not picked up within two weeks after the sale.
All items must be removed within two weeks after the sale. Waverly Midwest Horse Sale is not liable for any items lost or stolen during the event. You are responsible for all items you purchase, regardless of the day of purchase.
All cataloged horses will be charged a $20 non-refundable fee per head. Horses consigned after August 7, 2024, will be charged a $25 consignment fee per head ($20 for three head or more).
A 7% commission will be charged on all draft horses, draft crossbreds, draft mules, haflingers, and fjords, whether cataloged or noncataloged (Maximum $1,750). There will be a 4% commission, no sale charge, with a minimum of $50, on all draft horses, draft crossbreds, draft mules, haflingers, and fjords. The yardage charge on horses and mules is $7 per head on sales and no-sales.
A $20 non-refundable fee per head will be charged for all cataloged horses. Horses consigned after August 7, 2024, will be charged a $25 consignment fee per head($20.00 for three head or more). A 7% commission will be charged on all light horses, ponies, and miniatures(Maximum $1,750). There will be a 4% commission on no-sales with a minimum of $25 on all light horses, ponies, and miniatures. The yardage charge on horses and mules is $7 per head on sales and no-sales.

Because of the unique nature of the Waverly Midwest Horse Sale, horses in this sale must be prepared to be shipped to all states. This requires an original Coggins test, A GID or Elisa (no copies or fax copies will be accepted), and a 4-part re-assignable health certificate PER HORSE.
The test must be performed within six months of the date of the sale. Each horse must arrive with a negative Coggins and a 4-part health certificate. If the health certificate is not a 4-part re-assignable, one will be issued by our sales veterinarian for a fee.
We will accept Canadian checks payable in US FUNDS. We reserve the right to request a letter of credit from your bank guaranteeing the check payable in US funds.
